Ms. Callaghan received her B.A. in Political Science from SUNY at Binghamton University and her J.D. from the Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University. As a law student, Ms. Callaghan was a member of the Hofstra Law Review and worked pro bono as a student attorney for Hofstra’s Robert W. Entenmann Veterans Law Clinic.

Ms. Callaghan is an active member of the Trusts and Estate Sections for the New York State and Nassau County Bar Associations.

Ms. Callaghan’s practice focuses on estate planning, estate administration, and a variety of complex civil litigation matters including personal injury litigation, commercial litigation, and estate litigation.

Ms. Callaghan practices in all aspects of Surrogate’s Court matters and represents clients in litigation such as probate contests, discovery proceedings, accounting proceedings and other intricate trust and estate matters. Ms. Callaghan is qualified to serve as an Attorney for an Incapacitated Person and Court Evaluator in Surrogate’s Court.
