Zoning and Land Use
MMKO provides services to developers and owners of property in areas of zoning and land use, from the relatively straightforward variances for home improvement to the development of a hotel project.
Real Estate Litigation
MMKO has represented clients in various real estate disputes, including real estate ownership disputes, life tenant claims, as well as breach of contract and specific performance actions. In connection with its commercial clients, MMKO represents clients in lease and all other contractual disputes.
