Lawrence Mahon

is the managing member of the firm. He was counsel to the Public Administrator of Nassau County from 1988-2000 during which time he handled the administration of hundreds of estates. Mr. Mahon taught continuing education courses in estates and real estate at St. John's University from 1987 to 1991.

Mr. Mahon received his B.A. degree from SUNY at Albany and his J.D. degree from St. John's University School of Law where he served as Associate Managing Editor of Law Review. He was admitted to practice law in New York in 1986.

Mr. Mahon is a member of the New York State Bar Association and the Nassau County Bar Association Trusts and Estates Sections. He is a past President of the Chaminade High School Alumni Association and The Society of the Friendly Sons of St. Patrick on Long Island. He is a frequent lecturer in the areas of trusts and estates and estate planning and has spoken for the New York State Bar Association, Nassau County Bar Association, National Business Institute as well as numerous other organizations on Long Island.
