Mr. Hyland specializes in a wide array of civil litigation matters including: probate and estate/trust litigation, real estate litigation and plaintiff’s personal injury litigation. Mr. Hyland has successfully litigated matters throughout his 22+ year legal career from inception through trial in New York State Supreme Court, Surrogate’s Court and the United States District Courts of the Eastern and Southern Districts.
Prior to joining the firm, for five years, Mr. Hyland engaged solely in representing people that were seriously injured in New York State Supreme and U.S. District Courts.
A graduate of St. John’s Law in 1999, Mr. Hyland clerked as a law student for the Hon. Joseph P. Sullivan, Justice of the Appellate Division, First Department of the New York State Supreme Court.
